Carri leads the theatre’s operation and manages its relationships. As General Manager she runs Circle & Star day to day — the house, the team and every night in the diary — and she is the first person to talk to about the theatre.
On performance days she is still the welcome at the door and the steady hand once the lights go down: warm, calm and present, looking after every guest and keeping the evening running quietly, without ceremony. Behind that evening sits the rest of the job — the people, the plans and the paperwork that let fifty-five seats fill, night after night.

- Liaises and delivers on the artistic and creative vision set by Steve Furst and Justin Bovington
- Partners and suppliers — the people the house works with
- The board — the link between the house, the trustees and the advisory panel, delivering on the trustees’ values, expectations and goals
